The Springfield - Greene County Public Library Board sets and reviews policies carried out by the Director. Members represent both the City of Springfield and Greene County.

Appointed by: Mayor or Greene County Commission

Member Terms: 3 years

Residency Requirement: 2 years

Meeting Time: Third Tuesday monthly 4:00 PM

Meeting Location: Rotation of library branch facilities
